2nd Month - Week 5

Accutane: 80mg once a day

Well I now I am on Accutane 80mg dosage (40mg twice a day, but I take the 40mg at same time.) First few days of 80mg dosage my lips started to dry up very bad again, like how it was when I first started. Now it seems like my body is getting use to the 80mg. My face has broken out badly again. Seems to be harder and harder to shave now with a real razor. I am gonna try with an electric razor and see how that goes. Before I went on Accutane I was using "Tend Skin" for my skin after I would shave. It would help reduce the red bumps. But now that I am on Accutane, it appears the 2 do not mix very well. My face burns alot more then usual when I try to apply Tend Skin. I have been breaking out really bad around my jaw bone and right under my jawbone between neck and face. I figured it was from shaving, so I have been applying the Tend Skin to it, and now it seems like my skin has almost been burned. It has basically a scab like surface. Besides all the scab looking pimples, I also have been getting alot of white head pimples around my jawbone/sideburn area. And I cannot help by pick at them every now and then. I realize how bad it is, and I am trying to catch myself now. But besides all that, everything else has been going smoothly. I dont have much back pain, every now and then when I lay down, it feels like my whole spine is stiff till I stretch it a little; but besides that its fine.
